They prevent damage from fire, welding slag and molten metal and block transmission of extreme heat. Other uses include insulation for hot pipes carrying high temperature liquids or gases, flexible curtain doors for furnaces, and shaped-to-fit insulating covers. KING can furnish welding blankets, curtains and thermal barriers in materials which withstand temperatures from 500°F/1000°F.
